- DircetorySeek is like a very large library, and is arranged by categories.
The directory is maintained by our staff who review all submissions for
inclusion within our directory.
- DirectorySeek does not include all websites that are suggested.
- We have set up rules for Adding URLs. We will reject, remove, or edit
submissions that violate these rules. We may also reject, remove, or block
other websites that we believe to be in association with a website that has violated our rules.
- Please read these rules before you use the Add URL feature. Your failure to follow these rules,
will result in rejection of your submission.
Rules:
First determine whether your url is appropriate for submission to our Directory:
Never submit mirror websites. Mirror websites are websites that contain identical content, but have different URLs.
Do not submit URLs that contain the same or very similar content as other websites you may have already listed in our directory. Multiple submitting of the same or related websites will result in the deletion of those and all affiliated websites.
All submitted URLs must have valid Domain Names, do not submit IP addresses. Do not try to fool our staff by disguising your suggestion and suggesting the same URL more than once!

Do not submit website(s) that use cloaking, as our staff will quickly detect and reject your submitted URL!
Do not submit any website with a URL that redirects to another URL.
DirectorySeek has rules against the inclusion of websites with illegal
content and Adult Content. Samples of illegal material include child pornography; libel;
material that infringes any intellectual property right; and material that
specifically advocates, solicits or helps illegal activity.
Never submit websites that are "under construction." Please take the time
and wait until the entire website is finished. Websites that are incomplete,
contain "Under Construction" notices, poor html design, or contain broken
graphics or links will be rejected.
Never submit websites with affiliate links!
Before submitting your URL, do a quick search at the top of any directory
page by simply typing your Domain name (mywebsite.com), then click the
Search button.
Next select the best category for your website. Our directory has a
very large array of categories to choose from. Websites submitted to the
wrong or unrelated categories will be rejected.
Once you have selected the best category for your URL, go directly to that
category and click the "Add URL" link. Be sure and follow the instructions
on the submit form very carefully. Your description should describe the
content of the website very accurately. Never describe your website in a promotional
manner. Submitting a promotional description rather than a well written description
will prevent your website from inclusion! Do not use auto-submission
software for Submitting URLs, this is a total violation of our rules and
could get your URL banned from our Directory!
Our staff will review your URL and determine whether inclusion within
our directory is warranted. Many factors are taken into account during the
review process such as quality of content, html design, etc., some factors
not used, are Link Popularity, Page Ranking and traffic maps.
If added, your URL will be ranked by our staff.
